Disclaimer

1. General Information Only

The information, birthday card templates, artistic assets, quotes, and wishes generator provided by BirthdayCardMaker (accessible at birthdaycardmaker.onlinetool.online) are for general personal celebration and non-commercial informational purposes only. All tools, graphics, and features are provided free of charge on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any express or implied warranties.

2. User Content & Copyright Responsibility

BirthdayCardMaker allows users to upload photographs, add custom text, stickers, and decorative elements to generate birthday cards. Users are strictly and solely responsible for all images, portraits, logos, and materials uploaded or generated via the application.

• You confirm that you possess the necessary rights, licenses, or explicit consent from any individuals appearing in photographs uploaded to the tool.
• BirthdayCardMaker does not pre-screen, monitor, or endorse user-generated content, nor do our servers receive or store your uploaded photos.
• You agree not to use our service to design materials that infringe upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or that contain unlawful, defamatory, or offensive content.

3. Client-Side Rendering & Technical Accuracy

Our editor executes entirely client-side using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, Web Fonts, and JavaScript inside your browser. While we test rigorously across Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge:

• We do not warrant that exported cards (PNG, JPEG, or PDF) will display identically across all screen resolutions, legacy mobile browsers, or specialized high-dpi print machinery.
• Users are encouraged to preview and inspect their exported files prior to physical printing or sending.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% bug-free operation under all network or hardware conditions.

4. Third-Party Links & Network Tools

Our website includes external links to complementary web utilities (e.g., BG Cut Online, Emoji Copy Paste, Free Resume Builder, and Govt Photo Resizer).

These external resources are maintained by independent tools or third parties. BirthdayCardMaker has no direct control over the operational policies, terms, or privacy practices of external websites. The inclusion of external links does not imply explicit endorsement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall BirthdayCardMaker, its operators, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our templates, card editor, download tools, or wishes generators.
