2. Local Processing of Uploaded Images

When you drag and drop or select an image to place inside a birthday card, the image is read entirely client-side using the browser’s standard HTML5 FileReader API and rendered onto an in-memory HTML5 Canvas element.

• We do not upload your personal photographs to any remote server or cloud database.
• We do not retain copies of your pictures.
• When you close or refresh your browser tab, uploaded image memory is freed.

3. Browser Storage and Drafts

If you choose to use the “Save Draft” feature, your card layout (text, colors, and sticker coordinates) is stored exclusively in your local browser’s localStorage or IndexedDB. We have no access to this data, and it is never synchronized to our servers.

4. Third-Party Advertising and Cookies

To keep our birthday card maker 100% free for everyone without subscriptions or paywalls, we may display third-party advertisements through Google AdSense.
